As we all strive to provide excellent patient care and ensure every patient experience is as comfortable and seamless as possible, we realize that occassionally patients will want to express a complain or concern. Patients can report a complaint via the Roosevelt General Hospital Patient Complaint Line by calling 356.3431 or email stay@MyRGH.org. Kenda Dickenson staffs each reported complaint and works with the supervisor or department director to ensure a timely response and resolution. When a patient contacts Kenda, she immediately initiates an investigation. The supervisor or department director must conduct a thorough investigation within five (5) business days. The patient is advised an investigation will be conducted and is also contacted at the conclusion of the investigation to be informed of the outcome.
