Welcome to RGH Clinic in Portales, New Mexico! Your time is valuable to
us and we want to make sure your experience is friendly and comfortable
Your health is still as important as it was before the pandemic. That's
why we are discovering new ways to get you the healthcare you need, when
you need it. We are offering the following safe and convenient services.
We know some of our patients would prefer to stay home during this time
and that is why we are now offering tele-health visits. Your visit with
a healthcare provider will be done privately and securely through an electronic
device such as smartphone, tablet or computer. All the providers are currently
scheduling tele-health visits with patients. Our behavioral health specialists
are able to see patients through tele-health as well. To schedule an appointment,
Our providers and healthcare teams are available and are eager to see you
with a regular face-to-face visit at our clinic. When you call to make
an appointment let the registrant know that you prefer a face-to-face
visit with your provider and they will accommodate you.
The clinic is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 p.m. everyday during the week and
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Even if you don't
have a scheduled an appointment, you will be seen.
WEEKEND WALK-IN HOURS
Sprained ankles and pink eye don't wait for the week to come around
and you shouldn't either. The clinic is open on the weekends for acute
illnesses. Best part about it, you don't need an appointment. All
walk-ins are accepted.
