which are located in Portales, NM and Clovis, NM.

CLINIC VISIT
Our providers and healthcare teams welcome you to visit RGH Cllinic in
Portales or Clovis, NM. In the past year, RGH Clinic has grown to include
not only family medicine but also women's health, peditartics, geriatrics,
and orthopedics.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The RGH Clinic in Portales is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.
to 5 p.m. with extended hours from 10:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. We understand that not everyone is
available to visit the clinic during our regular hours so as a convenince
to you and your family we offer a walk-in extended hours clinic.
The RGH Clinic in Clovis is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon
and 1p.m. to 5 p.m.
WEEKDAY WALK-IN HOURS
The Portales RGH Clinic offers weekday walk-in hours from 10 a.m. to 9
p.m. on Monday through Friday. You do not need an appointment, walk-ins accepted.
WEEKEND WALK-IN HOURS
No appintment needed to be seen at our walk-in clinic. The Portales RGH
Clinic offers weekend walk-in hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday
and Sunday. In addition, our RGH Clinic in Clovis offers extended walk-in
hours on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OPTIONS
We understand that you may not have insurance coverage for you and your
family. Please visit our
financial assistance options available for healthcare. We want you to know that at RGH Clinic, no patient
will be denied access to servcies due to inability to pay; and RGH offers
a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Phone calls will be returned during the course of the day as time allows.
Please have patience with us, remember our providers and their Medical
Assistants (MA's) are seeing patients throughout the day--it may take
some time before your call can be returned.
The office functions
with an efficient and timely messaging system and it is not necessary to
repeat your phone call
throughout the course of the day.
Emergency situations: If you are
calling about an emergency situation please let the phone receptionist know immediately
so your call can be handled appropriately.
