Roosevelt General Hospital owns and operates two rural health care clinics which are located in Portales and Clovis, New Mexico. Both RGH Clinics offer services during the weekday and weekends.

SERVICES

Our providers and healthcare teams welcome you to visit RGH Clinic in Portales. Our clinic services not only include family medicine, but also women's health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and behavioral health.

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM*
*Due to employee training, RGH Clinic will open at 10:00 AM on the second Friday of each month.

FLEXCARE HOURS

FLEXCARE is available as walk-in or same day appointment based on availability. FLEXCARE clinic fills up quickly during the cold and influenza season, plan to call or visit as early as possible.

*Due to employee training, RGH Clinics open at 10:00 AM on the second Friday of each month. We encourage you to visit the Emergency Room or call 911 for medical emergencies.


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OPTIONS

We understand that you may not have insurance coverage for you and your family. Please visit our financial assistance options available for healthcare. We want you to know that at RGH Clinic, no patient will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and RGH offers a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Phone Calls

Phone calls will be returned during the course of the day as time allows. Please have patience with us, remember our providers and their Medical Assistants (MA's) are seeing patients throughout the day--it may take some time before your call can be returned. The office functions with an efficient and timely messaging system and it is not necessary to repeat your phone call throughout the course of the day.

Emergency situations: If you are calling about a medical emergency please let the phone receptionist know immediately so your call can be handled appropriately.
