The Dr was amazing answered all my questions and concerns. Very attentive and very comfortable with her. She didn't make me feel rushed or unheard. Addressed all my concerns as well. From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was compassionate and caring. Stephanie (MA) was friendly, accommodating and informative. I never felt like an inconvenience at all. Beverly (provider) showed concern and truly cared about my well being. She took time and made certain all my needs were met. I was quite impressed with the entire team really. From start to finish I was greeted with smiles and each employee wished me well and voiced that they hoped I got to feeling better. I felt they were not cohersed, they genuinely cared. I find this really great and had very good experiences with RGH. I even feel that RGH as come along way. Carissa was very knowledgeable and relaxed. I feel that I am a little high strung but when I get on the phone with her she made me calm. She was able to answer all my questions and was not in a hurry.
