I find this really great and had very good experiences with RGH. I even feel that RGH as come along way. Carissa was very knowledgeable and relaxed. I feel that I am a little high strung but when I get on the phone with her she made me calm. She was able to answer all my questions and was not in a hurry. She answered all my questions and gave me the time I needed.
