My nurse Melinda is so amazing. She goes over and beyond her duties. I mentioned that I need to see Dr Lingala because of pain on my lower back. I told her that i hadn't received a call back from him, unless I missed the call, (Which is possible or was later thinking did I even leave my number) She explained the possible reason and jumped right in and helped me set an appointment!! WOW!!! Who does that now days? Not any that I have encountered, don't get me wrong there's so many polite employees at RGH, but Melinda is amazing!! Great job Melinda and thank you for being here, you are very valuable. Your patience skills are above my expectations!!! Thank you and thank you for being here...
