Financial Arrangements

Roosevelt General Hospital is here to help you understand your hospital bill and inform you of your payment options.


If you have insurance—including Medicare or Medicaid—we will file a claim on your behalf. If your insurance company is one of those that we don't have a contract with, we will allow them 60 days to pay before we bill you directly.

Self-Pay Customer

If you're a self-pay customer, RGH has programs designed to help you manage the payment of your hospital bill. For more information about these programs, please call the number listed on your billing statement.

Cash Discount

A discount is available to self-pay customers who received hospital services after January 1, 2012, and made proper arrangements.

Charity Program

This fund may reduce your hospital bill or even provide for forgiveness of the entire amount of the bill. You must apply for the fund and meet the income guidelines (your assets may also be considered). Click here to learn more...
