It's imporant for you to understand your hospital expenses and know
your payment options when receiving healthcare from Roosevelt General
Hospital & Clinics. We understand that you may not have insurance
coverage for you and your family so we offer financial assistance options.
At RGH Clinic, no patient will be denied access to servcies due to inability
to pay; and RGH Clinic offers a
discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
If you have insurance—including Medicare or Medicaid—we will
file a claim on your behalf. If your insurance company is one of those
that we don't have a contract with, we will allow them 60 days to
pay before we bill you directly.
If you're a self-pay customer, RGH has programs designed to help you
manage the payment of your hospital bill. For more information about these
programs, please call the number listed on your billing statement.
A discount is available to self-pay customers who received hospital services
after January 1, 2012, and made proper arrangements.
