Hospital Registration
Registration is located inside the main entrance of the hospital.
Please have the following information to help expedite your registration. These items should be presented even if you have provided the required documents at a prior visit:
- Driver's license or other government issued picture ID
- Your physician's name
- Name of the physician who ordered the test or service or physician's orders
- Scheduled date of admission
- Insurance card(s)
For your convenience, you can pre-register in person or at our RGH clinic for hospital ancillary service. Please call at 575-359-1800 Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. for more information. For added convenience, you may register the day before your surgery, test or service.
Clinic Registration
Registration is located inside the main entrance of the RGH Clinic. There is a kiosk to assist with your registration process.
Please have the following information to help expedite your registration. These items should be presented even if you have provided the required documents at a prior visit:
- Driver's license or other government issued picture ID
- Your physician's name
- Name of the physician who ordered the test or service or physician's orders (if applicable)
- Insurance card(s)

Ancillary Services Registration
Registration for labs, radiology or cardiopulmonary services can be completed at either the hospital or clinic. Please have the documents listed above for your visit.
