Patient & Visitor Information

Due to COVID-19, all patients and visitors are required to wear a face mask when entering Roosevelt General Hospital and Clinics. This is a requirement of the Center's for Disease Control (CDC).

All patients and visitors entering Roosevelt General Hospital or Clinics must wear a face mask. In an effort for the hospital and clinic to conserve their supply, it's important you arrive with your own mask. We appreciate your understanding.

As we all strive to provide excellent patient care and ensure every patient experience is as comfortable and seamless as possible, we realize that occasionally patients will want to express a complaint or concern. Patients can report a complaint via the Roosevelt General Hospital Patient Concern/Complaint Hotline by calling (575) 356-3444. The Quality Review Committee works together to staff each reported complaint and works with the supervisor or department director to ensure a timely response and resolution. When a patient reports a concern or complaint, an investigation is initiated. The patient is advised an investigation will be conducted and is also contacted at the conclusion of the investigation to be informed of the outcome.

Please call (575) 356-3444 if you have questions or would like additional information.
